Easy 6-Ingredient Dessert Cups

Required ingredients:

  • 7 ounces for the crumbs and 5 ounces for the garnish of Lotus Biscoff cookies.
  • one and a quarter cups of milk
  • a half-tsp worth of custard powder
  • Two teaspoons of sweetener
  • One and a half cups of cream for whipping
  • a little bit of essence or powdered vanilla.

Method for doing it:

Make the crumbs: The Lotus Biscoff cookies should be crushed in a food processor.

Assemble the cups. Arrange five glasses in a tier with whipped cream, custard, and breadcrumbs.

Before serving, place a Biscoff cookie and a few extra crumbs on top of each cup. Enjoy yourselves!

Lotus Biscoff cookies can be substituted with regular cookies.
