Mom faces harsh criticism for naming her daughter after a Disney character.

Despite being just 25 years old, Indy Clinton, an Australian mother, is well aware of her preferences when it comes to naming her baby daughter. Following the birth of her daughter, the 25-year-old mother from Sydney, Australia, named the child Bambi, both in homage to Molly-Mae Hague’s newborn and after the beloved Disney character. However, many people online have expressed their disapproval of the baby name Bambi, and the mother Indy Clinton seems unaffected by these comments.

On the Chinese social media site TikTok, where she posts funny videos of her family and attractive appearance, Indy quickly rose to stardom. After Love Islander Molly-Mae revealed on Instagram that she, too, had called her baby girl Bambi, Clinton took to TikTok to express her amazement at the “miraculous coincidence” that she had named her daughter Bambi.

Since she was a young child, Indy has adored the Disney film Bambi. She also bought a storybook version of Bambi, which she reads to her 2-year-old son, Navy, daily. It seemed only fitting for the 25-year-old Australian mother to name her newborn daughter Bambi after her favorite Disney heroine from the beloved film.

Originally, Indy intended to call her baby daughter Paloma. But as soon as she met the kid, she was enthralled with her “big, brown eyes” and her “sweet, curious nature.” She instantly thought of the Disney animated character, Bambi, and abandoned all of her plans to name her child Paloma in favor of Bambi.

Even though Indy’s kid is four months old, her family is still shocked that the TikTok mother named her human child after a baby deer from a Disney animation.

“When I was giving birth four months ago, I was certain that Bambi was the most odd and distinctive name that no one would use.

Molly-Mae did well, though. Brilliant minds think alike. At first, we were determined to call her Paloma. Nothing was going to change the fact that it was her name. However, it occurred to me one evening while I was reading the book to Navy.

The TikTok mother said it was like lightning hitting when she chose to name her baby daughter after the Disney character.

“What about Bambi?” I exclaimed as I sat up. and it stuck after that.

On social media, the name of Molly-Mae’s kid has drawn criticism. Even though the name Indy picked for her four-month-old baby has drawn criticism, she doesn’t care since she adores the Disney character name she chose for her child.

The mom, 25, remarked, “You know, unique names are the new trend.” “Bambi will blend in perfectly with the wolves, stormis, rivers, bears, and forests.” I would be more worried about labeling my child a relic from the 1800s. These days, people will criticize everything, so at least provide fodder for discussion.
