People throughout the world dream of having children, and when that day comes, they believe that everything in their lives will be ideal. After a brief flashforward, they find that everything they had been taught about parenting was accurate.
My intention is not to criticize parenting or childrearing in any way. Notwithstanding the difficulties, every loving parent would tell you that they are content with the result and wouldn’t have it any other way.
